Lois James is a trusted advisor who serves as the Director of Leadership Development with OpX Solutions located in both Roanoke, VA and Savannah, GA. She joined OpX Solutions in 2018 after working in the senior healthcare industry for 14 years. Lois has over 35 years of experience in management, finance, and leadership development in various industries and locations in the US. Facilitating leadership development programs for her clients is the favorite part of her job because she sees the incredibly positive impact and ROI the programs have for her clients.

Lois's passion is to help people and organizations be as successful as they can possibly be. Her personal mission statement is to be a resource for other people's success.  She loves to help people set and achieve their goals both professionally and personally.

Lois is very involved with her community and loves to volunteer in different ways in order to give back and make a difference. She loves serving as an ambassador for the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce, as President of the Board for The Market Building Foundation, as Chairperson for the Business Education Committee with the Botetourt Chamber of Commerce, and as an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Roanoke.

Lois is an avid Virginia Tech fan and alumni who supports and cheers for all VT sports. Hiking on local trails in the Roanoke Valley with her 2 Boxers is where she enjoys spending her time. She and her partner, Jeff, love listening to local music where Jeff plays guitar and sings in several local bands.
